自释釉紫砂器皿的制备

【摘要】 以瑞金紫砂和红土为主要原料,Na HCO3作主要活化剂,制备出一种具有宜兴紫砂油性特征的自释釉紫砂器皿。实验首先分别利用XRF、XRD、DTA-TG对原料的化学组成、晶相结构、热效应进行了分析,通过调整原料配比和热工制度,确定了自释釉紫砂器皿的基体。通过调整基体原料中活化剂的用量控制自释釉效果,利用SEM对釉层厚度进行表征。研究表明:当原料配比为瑞金紫砂65∶红土12∶广东黑泥8∶紫木节10∶叶腊石5,活化剂用量为外加3%,烧成温度为1130℃时,制备出了光泽度达3.4%,吸水率达2.98%,釉层厚度达70μm,赋有温润油脂感外观的紫砂器皿。

【Abstract】 Using Ruijin purple pottery clay and red clay as main raw materials, Na HCO3 as main activation agent, a kind of red stoneware with self-releasing glaze that has oily character similar to Yixing red stoneware has been prepared. Chemical composition, crystal phase structure and thermal effect of raw material have been analyzed respectively by using XRF, XRD and DTA-TG at first. By adjusting the ratio of raw materials and thermal system, the basal body of red stoneware with self-releasing glaze has been determined. The effect of self-releasing glaze was controlled by adjusting the amount of activation agent in the basal body, and SEM has been used to observe the thickness of glaze. Study results show that when the ratio of materials is that Ruijin purple pottery clay contains 65wt%, Ruijin red clay 12 wt%, Guangdong black clay 8 wt%, Zimujie clay 10 wt%, pyrauxite 5 wt%, and Na HCO3 is additional 3%, at 1130 ℃ of sintering temperature, a kind of red stoneware with slight oily appearance has been prepared, which surface glossiness reaches 3.4%, water absorption is 2.98%, and the thickness of glaze reaches 70μm.
