Gd2O2SO4∶Eu3+荧光粉的湿化学法合成及发光性能

【摘要】 采用氧化钆、氧化铕、硝酸、硫酸铵和氨水为实验原料,通过湿化学法合成了Gd2O2SO4∶Eu3+荧光粉。研究表明硫酸根离子与钆离子的摩尔比(m)对合成产物的物相组成影响很大,较优的m值为15,该m值合成的前驱体在马弗炉中800℃煅烧2 h能转化为单相Gd2O2SO4粉体。该Gd2O2SO4粉体呈准球形,团聚较严重,粒径尺寸大小为12μm之间。在270 nm的紫外光激发下,Gd2O2SO4∶Eu3+荧光粉呈现红光发射,主发射波长位于620 nm附近。Eu3+离子的猝灭浓度为15 mol%。

【Abstract】 Gd2O2SO4∶ Eu3+ phosphor was successfully synthesized through a wet chemical synthesis method using Gd2O3, Eu2O3, HNO3,(NH4)SO4-2 and NH3·H2O as the starting materials. It was found that the phase compositions of the synthesized products are strongly dependent on m value, namely, the molar ratio of SO42- to Gd3+ ions. The appropriate m value is 15. The precursor synthesized at the m value of 15 can be converted into single phase Gd2O2SO4 at a temperature higher than 800 ℃ for 2 h in muffle furnace. The as prepared Gd2O2SO4 powder particles are quasi spherical in shape and serious aggregation with particle size range of about 1 2 μm. Under the 270 nm UV light excitation, the strongest emission peak for Gd2O2SO4∶ Eu3+ phosphor is located at 620 nm, which corresponds to red light emission. The quenching concentration of Eu3+ ions is 15 mol%.
