CaF2纳米粉体的制备与表征分析

【摘要】 以硝酸钙、氟化钾为原料,去离子水为反应介质,采用直接沉淀法制备出Ca F2纳米粉体,探究了不同预烧温度对Ca F2纳米粉体的形貌和粒径的影响以及不同烧结温度对Ca F2陶瓷的影响。通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试技术对样品的晶相、晶型和粒径等进行了表征。结果表明:采用直接沉淀法制备出的Ca F2纳米粉体具有氟化钙萤石结构。采用XRD、SEM等表征手段分析得到Ca F2纳米粉体的平均晶粒尺寸在50 nm左右,粉体分散性好,粒径分布均匀;Ca F2纳米粉体的最佳预烧温度是500℃;Ca F2陶瓷的最佳烧结温度是900℃。

【Abstract】 CaF2 nano-powders was prepared by the direct precipitation method with Ca(NO32 and KF as raw materials, deionized water as reaction solvent. The influence of pre-sintering temperature and sintering temperature on the morphology and particle size CaF2 nano-powders were investigated. The crystal phase and particle size were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the as-prepared well dispersed CaF2 nano-powders was the structure of fluorite with the average grain size of 50 nm. The best pre-sintering temperature of CaF2 nano-power is 500 ℃ and the best sintering temperature of CaF2 ceramic is 900 ℃.
