【摘要】 为确定2015年3月初南京市汤山某扬子鳄生态园大量越冬末期扬子鳄发病甚至死亡的原因,并为扬子鳄健康养殖提供基础资料,本研究对发病与死亡的扬子鳄进行可疑病原菌的实验室检测,并通过药敏试验等对该病的控制与治疗提出建议。根据微生物学诊断、16S r RNA序列分析、动物试验等结果,可以判定造成此次扬子鳄发病及大量死亡的原因是由越冬期间抵抗力下降,并混合感染雷氏普罗威登斯菌(Providencia rettgeri)、毗邻颗粒链菌(Granulicatella adiacens)所导致的。本次在扬子鳄中发现此混合感染提示,雷氏普罗威登斯菌、毗邻颗粒链菌能在异常环境和免疫力低下的情况下感染扬子鳄,并造成重大损失。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,the objective is to explore the cause of a large number of Chinese alligator being morbid or even dead in late wintering period,which happened in Zixia Lake Chinese Alligator Ecological Park,Tangshan,Nanjing,in early March,2015.The study takes a series of laboratory detections,chemo-sensitivity test,so as to find out the suspected pathogens in those alligator and offer a proposal to control and treat this disease.According to experimental results of microbiological diagnosis,16 S r RNA sequence analysis and animal experiments,the cause should be a mixed infection of Providencia rettgeri and Granulicatella adiacens.Such mixed infection in Chinese alligators shows that Providencia rettgeri and Granulicatella adiacens could easily infect the alligators under the condition of hypoimmunity and extreme environments,and lead to great losses.We should alert to huge outbreaks of alligator being mixed infected by those tow bacteria.更多还原
