江苏部分地区山羊产气荚膜梭菌病病原的分离鉴定

【摘要】 2014年10月—2015年2月,扬州大学动物医院畜禽门诊接诊了11例来自于扬州、南通地区的山羊腹泻病例,经临床症状分析和问诊,初步怀疑为产气荚膜梭菌感染。通过剖检,取肠道、肝、肾进行恒温厌氧分离培养,培养后得到表面光滑、半透明、圆屋顶状的菌落,经纯化、革兰染色、镜检以及生化特性分析,结果为产气荚膜梭菌。采取药敏纸片法进行药敏试验,结果显示,其对氟苯尼考的敏感性较强。

【Abstract】 From October 2014 to February 2015,11 cases of goats with diarrhea from Yangzhou,Nantong were brought to Yangzhou university animal hospital.The cases were suspected to be infected by Clostridium perfringens based on the clinical signs and epidemiological data.The intestine tracts,livers and kidneys were collected for the isolation and cultured in anaerobic incubator at 37 ℃.Smooth,semitransparent,and dome-shaped colonies were obtained. After further purification,the experiments of gram staining and microscopic examination, biochemical characterization analysis were carried out.The results showed that all these isolated strains were Clostridium perfringens.Drug sensitive tests were performed using the KB paper method,the results showed that the isolated strains were sensitive to florfenicol.
