【摘要】 目前国内外未见有关于支气管动脉在肺内亚宏观状态的研究报道。为了弥补这一空缺,研究制作了墨汁明胶铸型剂;采用支气管动脉和支气管树联合铸型的方法制成了猪肺墨汁明胶铸型标本;然后采用多层次整肺切片的方法对包括支气管动脉在内的猪肺亚宏观结构进行了观察。结果,创建了用墨汁明胶支气管动脉铸型结合多层面整肺切片的研究方法;发现了在亚宏观状态下猪支气管动脉在肺内的分布特征;描述了支气管动脉与支气管树、肺动脉和肺静脉在亚宏观状态下的形态特征和位置关系。上述研究结果对肺的形态学研究增添了新方法,对支气管动脉的亚宏观研究增加了新资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there are no reports about the bronchial artery in the lungs at the inferiormacro level. To solve this problem,we produced ink gelatin casting material and manufactured the bronchial artery and bronchial tree casting method with the casting material; and we observed the porcine lung at the inferior-macro level with multi-level whole lung slices. The results were as follows.We created a method combining ink gelatin casting method with multi-level whole lung slices observation method. It was found the bronchial arterial characteristics at the inferior-macro level in the porcine lung.We described the bronchial arterial location relationship with the bronchial tree,pulmonary artery and pulmonary vein at the inferior-macro level. The research results provide a new method for the morphological studies of the lung and offer new material for studyies of the bronchial artery.更多还原
