【Abstract】 The national mountain torrent disaster prevention management platform is a professional informa-tion processing platform. It has many important functions,such as nationwide mountain torrent disaster in-vestigation and evaluation;data collecting,examining and verifying,marshalling,monitoring and early warn-ing;information management service. Based on the practice of building the nationwide mountain torrent di-saster prevention platform,this thesis expounds the research and practice of key techniques used in highperformance computing;high reliability storage;cloud computing;fluorine cold integrated cabinet.
