环氧树脂/聚多巴胺改性铝粉导热绝缘复合材料的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Thermal Conductive Insulating Composites of Epoxy Resin/Polydopamine Modified Aluminum Powders
【摘要】 采用化学包覆的方法在平均粒径分别为4.5μm和20μm的铝(Al)粉上包覆一层有机聚多巴胺(PDA),以环氧树脂(EP)为基体,包覆改性后的铝粉(PDA@A1)为导热填料,采用浇铸法制备了高导热绝缘环氧基复合材料(EP/PDA@Al)。结果表明,PDA@Al的加入有利于提高EP的热稳定性以及热导率,且当PDA@(20μm)Al的含量为20%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的热导率为0.521 W/(m·K),相比纯EP的热导率提高了184%;相对纯Al填充的EP复合材料,EP/PDA@Al复合材料的绝缘性能显著提高。
【Abstract】 Aluminum powder was first coated with a layer of polydopamine(PDA) and then was introduced into an epoxy resin forming a high thermal conductive insulation composite(EP/PDA@Al).When the content of coated Al particles was 20 wt%,the thermal conductivity of the composite reached 0.521 W/(m·K),which was 184%higher than that of neat EP.The coating of PDA made Al particles more effective in enhancing of thermal conductivity.
