廊坊空气重污染的大气环流形势和气象条件

【摘要】 利用2013-2014年廊坊环境监测站空气污染资料、廊坊气象观测站气象资料以及NECP/NCAR再分析资料和倾斜旋转T模态主成分分析法,分析了廊坊空气重污染的大气环流形势和气象条件。结果表明:空气重污染主要有5种大气环流配置形式,其中廊坊850h Pa高空为高压脊前,地面分别处于弱高压场或低气压场中是最主要的2类,当地面为低气压场控制时,容易造成严重污染;空气重污染的有利气象条件是:地面风力≤2级,风向静稳以及偏西、西西南及偏东风;空气相对湿度在50-95%之间;日降水量≤1.8mm;气温、气压接近各自平均值。

【Abstract】 Atmospheric circulation situation and meteorological conditions of heavy air pollution were analyzed based on monitoring data from Environmental Protection Bureau,meteorological data from Langfang weather observation station,the NCEP / NCAR reanalysis data from 2013 to 2014 and the obliquely rotated T- mode principle component analysis technique. The results show that: The heavy air pollution events had five main kinds of atmospheric circulation configuration situation in Langfang City,of which the most two main kinds with Langfang situated in the surface high pressure system or in the low- pressure field when airflow at 850 h Pa above Langfang was in front of the high pressure ridge,the latter dominated the atmospheric circulation of level- 6 air pollution. The meteorological conditions for the formation of heavy air pollution events include: wind scale below 2 grades,surface wind direction of static wind or westerly or west- southwesterly or easterly,relative humidity between 50% and 95%,daily precipitation less than 1. 8mm,temperature and air pressure value closed to the respective average.
