湘乡皮革工业园污水厂提质改造及脱氮分析
Upgrading reconstruction and nitrogen removal analysis on wastewater treatment plant of Xiangxiang leather industrial park
【摘要】 对A/O-氧化沟生物脱氮工艺的影响因素和处理效果进行了分析,并应用于湘乡皮革工业园污水处理厂提质改造工程实践,提质改造工程主要包括以下几个方面:加强废水预处理,新建调节池,将原氧化沟工艺改为A/O-氧化工艺以及采用污泥高干脱水新技术。通过调试运行,处理后出水水质达到了设计要求,各项水质指标均低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。
【Abstract】 Influencing factors and treatment effect on biological denitrification of"A /O- oxidation ditch"were analyzed theoretically. These analyses were applied on upgrading and reconstruction of wastewater treatment plant of Xiangxiang leather industrial park. The upgrading process includes the following aspects: strengthen the wastewater pretreatment,build the balance tank,adopt the A / O- oxidation ditch technology and Hotshot sludge dewatering technology. Through adjusting and operation,the quality of treated effluent reaches the design requirements,all the indexes are lower than that of the first- class discharge standard of"Integrated wastewater discharge standard"( GB8978- 1996).
