充填开采覆岩变形破坏规律研究

【摘要】 利用FLAC3D对唐山矿铁三区9~#煤层充填开采进行了模拟,对比研究了垮落开采与充填开采下的覆岩变形破坏特征,并结合现场覆岩钻孔探测得到的顸板离层范围及裂隙扩展进行了分析,结果表明:充填开采塑性破坏呈长条状分布,覆岩变形以整体弯曲下沉为主,与垮落开采相比,塑性区分布范围明显减小,破坏高度降低63.5%,采空区顶板下沉量减少40.9%,现场充填开采效果良好,采空区上方仅直接顶及8~#煤层范围内存在破裂区,直接顶内裂隙发育程度及岩层破碎程度随孔深增大逐渐减弱,8~#煤层以垂直裂隙为主,部分区域破碎较为严重。

【Abstract】 Numerical simulation on mining with filling in No.9 seam of Tangshan Mine Tiesan area was carried out by using FLAC3 D software,the deformation and fracture features of overlying strata under caving mining and filling mining were studied comparatively,and combining with field drilling detection,roof separation area and crack extension were analyzed.The results showed that the plastic failure had a strip distribution in mining with filling,the overlying strata deformation was mainly overall bending subsidence.Comparing with the caving mining,the distribution range of plastic zone reduced obviously,the destruction height reduced by 63.5%,the roof deflection of goaf reduced by 40.9%.Field effect of mining with filling was favorable,there were fracture zones only in immediate roof and No.8 seam above goaf,the degree of fracture development and strata crushing decreased with the increasing of hole depth,there were mainly vertical fractures in No.8 seam which were serious in partial area.
