【摘要】 中药离子导入是中西医结合的特色疗法之一,已被广泛应用于脑卒中后的各类功能障碍的康复中。通过查阅近几年相关文献资料,总结出中药离子导入的透皮机制及潜在的作用机制,并对中药离子导入在脑卒中康复中的应用进行综述。笔者认为中药离子导入是一种有效的经皮治疗方法,在脑卒中后功能障碍的康复中发挥了重要的作用,为脑卒中的康复提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) iontophoresis is one of the particular therapies of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,which has been widely used in post-stroke rehabilitation of various types of dysfunctions.According to the relevant document literature in recent years,we sum up the transdermal mechanism and and the potential working mechanism of TCM iontophoresis,and also review the application of TCM iontophoresis in stroke rehabilitation.It is believed that TCM iontophoresis is an effective transdermal treatment method,and it plays an important role in the rehabilitation of dysfunctions after stroke,which provides a new way for stroke rehabilitation.更多还原
