【摘要】 目的探讨人工肝治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎患者的围手术期护理,提高护理质量。方法对36例人工肝治疗的慢性乙型重型肝炎患者加强心理护理,密切观察病情,及时处理各种并发症。结果人工肝治疗后28例患者肝功能及症状明显改善,痊愈出院,3例患者放弃治疗,死亡5例。结论人工肝治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎有较好疗效,加强围手术期护理,能有效降低人工肝治疗并发症的发生率,提高医疗护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of sufferers with chronic severe hepatitis B treated after treatment of artificial liver so as to improve nursing quality. Methods 36 sufferers with chronic severe hepatitis after treatment of artificial liver were strengthened by mental nursing,closely watched the illness state of an illness,and timely dealt with various complications. Results Liver function and symptoms of 28 sufferers after artificial liver treatment were significantly improved,cured and discharged,3 sufferers gave up treatment,and 5 sufferers died.Conclusion Artificial liver has good effect on the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B,and strengthening perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of artificial liver treatment,and improve the quality of medical care.更多还原
