【摘要】 本文在文献回顾及理论分析的基础上,探究知识型员工的职业高原对知识寻租行为的影响。相关性分析表明:职业高原的三个维度(层级高原、内容高原与动机高原)均对知识外泄行为有显著的正向影响,均对知识垄断行为有显著负向影响;回归分析表明:内容高原与动机高原对知识垄断行为有显著预测力,动机高原与层级高原对知识外泄行为有显著预测力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on review of past researches and theoretical analysis,the research explored the influence of knowledge employees’ career plateau to knowledge rent-seeking behaviors. Correlation analysis shows all the three dimensions of career plateau( hierarchical plateau,content plateau and motivation plateau) has significant positive relationship with knowledge leakage behaviors and has significant negative relationship with knowledge monopoly behaviors. Regression analysis shows content plateau and motivation plateau have significant power of prediction on knowledge monopoly behaviors while motivation plateau and hierarchical plateau have significant power of prediction on knowledge leakage behaviors.更多还原
