【摘要】 企业生产对于雾霾形成具有较大责任,迫切需要就企业对环境保护的影响机理进行研究。基于绿色IT/IS研究理论框架,提出企业环境态度对绿色IT/IS战略、绿色IT/IS建设和绿色实践的影响机理模型,开发这些因素的测量量表,设计调查问卷;对西安高新技术产业开发区100多家企业相关人员进行问卷调查,对收集的168份有效问卷进行数据分析。实证分析结果表明,企业的环境态度对环境保护具有两条影响路径,既直接影响企业的绿色实践,又通过绿色IT/IS战略和绿色IT/IS建设间接影响绿色实践。该研究结论可以为企业环境保护政策的制定和实施提供依据和管理启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises’ production activities have great responsibility for the formation of haze and therefore empirical study on influence mechanism of enterprises on environmental protection is urgently needed. On the basis of the theoretical framework of green IT / IS,the paper presented a mechanism model of effect of enterprises’ environmental attitude on green IT / IS strategy,green IT / IS implementation and green practice. We developed scales for these factors and designed a questionnaire to administer a survey in 100 companies in Xi’an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Totally 168 valid answered questionnaires are collected and then analyzed. The empirical results show that environmental attitude has direct impact on green practice and can also influence green practice indirectly through green IT / IS strategy and green IT / IS implantation. These findings can provide managerial implications for environmental policies’ formulation and implementation in enterprises.更多还原
