【Abstract】 Carcinosarcoma, also referred to as spindle cell sarcoma, is defined as a malignant neoplasm that is composed of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components.The occurrence of carcinosarcoma in the tongue is extremely rare,approximately 1% of head and neck tumor. Herein, we reported a case of carcinosarcoma and squamous cell carcinoma coexisting in the tongue.
