ALV-J经卵黄囊接种对鸡的致病性与逆转录酶抑制剂类药物对鸡的保护作用
Pathogenicity of Chicken Inoculated with ALV-J via Yolk Sac and the Protective Effect of Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors on Chickens
【摘要】 通常鸡群通过垂直传播感染ALV-J后的致病性比通过水平传播更为严重。本研究通过对SPF鸡胚卵黄囊接种模拟了ALV-J经垂直传播感染鸡群后的致病性,在此基础上通过联合使用逆转录酶抑制剂类药物Zidovudine(AZT)和Lamivudine(LAM)并观察其对减缓ALV-J垂直传播致病性方面的作用。结果显示未使用药物的病毒感染组其体重、死亡率以及免疫ND和AI-H9灭活疫苗所产生的抗体水平均显著低于使用药物的病毒感染组(P<0.05),更显著低于未接毒的生理盐水对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明AZT和LAM等逆转录酶抑制剂类药物的使用有助于降低ALV-J垂直传播感染对鸡群的危害。
【Abstract】 The pathogenicity of chickens infected with ALV-J by vertical transmission was more severe than that by horizontal transmission. In this present study,we have simulated pathogenicity of the vertical transmission on chickens was inoculated with ALV-J by SPF embryos via yolk sac. We have observed the effect of nuclear reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NRTI)on the pathogenesis of ALV-J. The results showed that the index with body weight,mortality,and antibody levels of NDV and AIV-H9 were significantly lower than those of the NRTI in the infected group than without NRTI treatment group(P<0.05),and more significantly difference with control group(P<0.05). The results demonstrated that that AZT and LAM could be helpful to reduce the risk of vertical transmission of ALV-J on chickens.
