初生罗曼鹅与马岗鹅毛囊发育和黑色素分布的比较研究

【摘要】 羽绒性状作为鹅的一种重要经济性状,其产量和价值主要取决于毛囊发育和黑色素分布情况。针对罗曼鹅的皮肤组织,利用石蜡切片和HE染色、甲苯胺蓝染色及多巴染色,观察比较其毛囊大小及黑色素分布状况,并与马岗鹅进行比较。研究结果表明,初生时两种鹅的皮肤均有初级毛囊和次级毛囊分布,且初级毛囊周围竖毛肌及腺体组织丰富。毛囊大小测量结果显示,初生罗曼公鹅的毛囊宽显著大于罗曼母鹅(P<0.05),罗曼鹅的毛囊宽显著高于马岗鹅(P<0.05)。黑色素分布观察结果显示,马岗鹅皮肤黑色素数量明显多于罗曼鹅,这可能是导致两种鹅羽色差异的原因。研究结果为揭示不同鹅品种毛囊发育和黑色素分布的组织学特性差异奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Downy trait is a kind of imporant economical traits. Its production and quality depend on the development of follicle and melanin deposition in skin. Skin samples were separated from Roman goose and Magang goose. Paraffin sections were prepared conventionally. In this study,HE staining,toluidine blue staining,DOPA staining were executed to obtain follicle size and melanin deposits and these results were compared between two varieties. The results showed that primary follicles and secondary follicles were both existed in the skin of two breeds. The primary follicles were surrounded by glands and vertical muscle tissues. The results of follicle width,length and hair bulb width measurement showed that the width of Roman male goose′s follicles was significantly wider than that of Roman female goose.Meanwhile,the width of Roman goose′ s follicles was significantly wider than that of Magang goose(P<0.05). The amount of melanin in Magang goose was significantly more than that in Roman goose,which might lead to the feather color difference between two goose breeds. The results of revealing the different histological characteristics of hair follicle development and melanin distribution between Roman goose and Magang goose could lay a certain foundation for further study.
