外伤性色素沉着的治疗进展

【摘要】外伤性色素沉着(post-traumatic hyperpigmentation,PTH)是因各种创伤导致皮肤受损而引起的皮肤色素改变。目前国内外研究者一直在尝试多种治疗方法,包括药物性治疗、化学剥脱术、物理性治疗以及联合治疗。上述方法均可在一定程度上改善或治愈外伤性色素沉着,但疗效存在一定的差异。本文从药物、物理及两者联合治疗方面做一总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a result of excessive pigment deposition secondary to traumatic dermatosis,post-traumatic hyperpigmentation( PTH) is a common clinical disease. Researchers from home and abroad have been trying a variety of methods to treat it,including drug treatment,chemical peeling,physical therapy and combined treatment. These methods will improve or cure traumatic pigmentation,but their efficacies are different. This article summarizes the efficacy of drugs,physical therapy and combined treatment for PTH.更多还原
