【摘要】 鲜红斑痣(port wine stain,PWS)是一种先天血管畸形,发病率为0.3%~0.5%。鲜红斑痣不会自行消退,随着患者的年龄增长,颜色逐渐加深,皮损增厚甚至形成结节。脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL)是临床治疗的标准方法。然而,只有少数患者能达到完全清除,还有相当一部分患者治疗无效。本文对这类难治性PWS的皮损特征进行总结,并讨论目前治疗选择以及新进展。更多还原
【Abstract】 Being a type of capillary malformation,port- wine stains( PWS) have an incidence of 0. 3 %-0. 5 %. The lesions of PWS will not disappear automatically. Instead,they become darker and thicker with the pass of the time and even progress into nodules in late stage.The pulsed dye laser( PDL) has long been accepted for treating these vascular lesions,but very few patients have achieved a total clearance of PWS with it and a significant number of lesions did not respond to it at all. This review addresses what is now known about lesion-specific characteristics of PDL-resistant PWS as well as discusses current and future treatment options.更多还原
