【Abstract】 We have now entered the era of Internet democracy.The government must attach adequate importance to the network consensus to carry out social governance in an effective way.This paper probes into the significance of studies of Internet public opinion and basic strategy for public opinion guidance from the perspective of social governance through innovation.The paper upholds the ideas that the government should deal with the network consensus supervision with positive,appropriate,open and inclusive attitudes and handle the public opinion guidance work for emergencies in line with the concept of social governance.Internet public opinion should be analyzed scientifically and government information should be further publicized to carry forward the favorable interaction with the public and enhance the credibility of the government.更多还原
