【摘要】 建立LNG加注船锚地作业安全评价指标体系,采用an指数型标度的层次分析法计算各项指标的权重值,并通过构建指标隶属度函数和模糊子集表确定模糊评价矩阵,运用模糊运算法求出LNG加注船锚地作业风险等级。选取国内某内河LNG加注船进行锚地加注作业风险分析,证明该评价方法的实用性,为海事管理部门控制LNG加注船的作业风险、加强及改善通航管理水平提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The weights of the indexes are determined on the basis of the AHP for the risk in LNG bunkering vessel operation in anchorage ground. The membership function of the indexes and the fuzzy subset table are determined and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is built. The level of the risks in operations of LNG bunkering ships in an anchorage ground is evaluated with the fuzzy evaluation matrix. An inland river bunkering vessel operating in an anchorage ground,is taken as a sample to test the evaluation method. The tests show that the method is of practical value.更多还原
