【摘要】 供应链金融对中小企业融资难困境的解决及第三方物流发展路径的拓展十分有效。本文通过分析第三方物流在供应链金融中的特有优势所具有的核心风险控制作用,构建了供应链金融下既考虑第三方物流企业本身信用能力、竞争能力,又考虑与供应链协调的合作能力与信用记录等信用指标评价体系;指标提取既有以上市物流公司财务数据为样本的因子分析法;又有专业分析的定性指标筛选;最后结合广义模糊综合评价模型,以深圳市某重点物流企业实证了本研究的信用评价指标体系具有良好的适用性;为供应链金融下的TPL信用评价提供了可借鉴的理论方法与决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply chain finance(SCF)is very effective to the settlement of SMEs financing difficulties and the development of third party logistics business. Through analysis of the unique advantages and key risk control roles of the third-party logistics(TPL) in SCF,the TPL credit index evaluation system under the SCF which both considers logistics enterprise itself credit capacity,competition capacity,and also the cooperation capacity, credit records and evaluation with supply chain coordination is built; indexes from both factor analysis to listed logistics company financial data for sample and also filter from professional analysis of qualitative;and finally General fuzzy integrated evaluation model, as one Shenzhen key logistics enterprise take as an example,is combined to confirm the credit evaluation indexes system has good adaptability.
