【摘要】 对《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》实施五年来各类高等教育"创优"工程项目实施成效进行总结概括的基础上,梳理了"十二五"期间我国高等教育"创优"工程项目调整政策方向、改进实施方式的转折过程,指出了高等教育"创优"工程项目改进实施方式面临的核心问题,并从资源统筹、合理评价、精准投入三个方面,提出了未来一段时期内我国高等教育"创优"工程项目改进管理和实施方式的若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the summary of the effectiveness of implementation of the "for excellence" projects of higher education in China over the past five years, this paper teased out the turning process of the policy direction of the "for excellence" projects of higher education in China, pointed out the core issues exist in this process, and put forward a number of improving suggestions on the management and the implementation way of the "for excellence" projects of higher education in China from three aspects, which are the pooling of resources,the reasonable evaluation and the accurate financial investment.更多还原
