血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对高血压患者血浆肾素水平的影响

【摘要】 目的观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEIs)对中国原发性高血压患者血浆肾素活性(PRA)水平的影响。方法用放射免疫法检测188例原发性高血压患者的PRA,其中使用ACEIs的有101例,未使用ACEIs的有87例,比较两组间PRA的差异,分析ACEIs对患者PRA水平的影响。结果在整体分析中,ACEIs组PRA水平要高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(0.99±1.24 nmol/(L.h)vs 0.61±0.86nmol/(L.h),P=0.018)。亚组分析显示,在女性高血压患者中,ACEIs组PRA水平要高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(1.06±1.41 nmol/(L.h)vs 0.54±0.83 nmol/(L.h),P=0.036);但在男性高血压患者中,ACEIs组PRA水平与对照组相比无统计学差异(0.90±0.98 nmol/(L.h)vs 0.68±0.89 nmol/(L.h),P=0.281)。结论 ACEIs能升高女性原发性高血压患者PRA水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of angiotensin-converting emzyme inhibitors(ACEIs) on plasma rennin activity(PRA) level in Chinese patients with essential hypertension(EH). Methods 188 patients with EH, among whom 101 patients received treatment with ACEIs and 87 patients didn’t received ACEIs treatment, were enrolled in our study. Their PRA levels were evaluated by using a radioimmunoassay. Results In total, PRA levels were significantly elevated in patients with ACEIs treatment compared with those without ACEIs treatment(0.99±1.24 nmol/(L.h) vs 0.61±0.86 nmol/(L.h), P=0.018). In females, PRA levels were also significantly elevated in patients with ACEIs treatment compared with those without ACEIs treatment(1.06±1.41 nmol/(L.h) vs 0.54±0.83 nmol/(L.h), P=0.036). However, in males, PRA levels were not significantly elevated in patients with ACEIs treatment compared with those without ACEIs treatment(0.90±0.98 nmol/(L.h) vs 0.68±0.89 nmol/(L.h), P=0.281). Conclusion ACEIs could elevate PRA levels in Chinese female patients with EH.
