【摘要】 目的探讨鼻后三角在11~14孕周超声诊断腭裂的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院检出的11~14孕周腭裂畸形8例,总结早孕期腭裂的声像图表现。结果早孕期诊断8例腭裂,均显示鼻后三角下方连线中断或缺失,其中4例为完全腭裂,3例左侧腭裂,1例右侧腭裂,产前诊断病例均经引产后证实。结论鼻后三角的观察有助于在早孕期提示胎儿腭裂畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of the retronasal triangle section in ultrasound screening in detection of cleft palate in first trimester.Methods The data of 8 fetuses diagnosed as cleft palate during 11-14 weeks were reviewed to analysis the value of the ultrasonographic features.Results 8 fetuses with cleft palate were identified with the retronasal triangle in ultrasound screening,in all of them,ultrasound image showing absence or failure of the down line in the retronasal triangle,4 cases had been diagnosed as complete cleft palate,3cleft palate in the left,1cleft palate in the right.All cases were affirmed by autopsy.Conclusions The retronasal triangle view may be a helpful technique for detecting cleft palate in the first trimester.更多还原
