【摘要】 目的运用超声技术分析中医推拿治疗先天性肌性斜颈(CMT)的疗效,促进推拿治疗CMT指征及疗效评价的客观化、标准化,以更大提高疗效。方法运用二维超声及彩色多普勒分型评估80例CMT患儿推拿治疗前、后的声像图特点,分析比较疗效。结果超声与临床的评价结果均一致显示推拿治疗CMT疗效显著,但临床评价治愈率偏高。其中弥漫增厚型及增厚不明显型最适合推拿治疗。敷活血散和(或)针刺,可改善肌肉血供。结论超声可作为推拿治疗CMT的客观评估手段,二维超声结合彩色多普勒对于治疗方案选择有很大的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further improve the therapeutic outcome and objectivity of traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy in Congenital Muscular Torticollis(CMT).We evaluated objectively the curative effect with Ultrasonic technology.Methods Using two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler flow imaging,the ultrasonographic characteristics of 80 cases infants with CMT before and after therapy were detailed evaluated respectively.Last,the effect of treatment was analysed.Results A good agreement was achieved between ultrasonic and clinical on curative effect evaluation,but the clinical cure rate was higher.The thickening type and not obvious thickening type were best for massage therapy.The external application and acupuncture could improve the blood supply in sternocleidomastoid muscle.Conclusions Ultrasound can be used as an objective assessment method in massage therapy CMT.Two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color doppler has important guidance significance for choosing treatment schemes.更多还原
