【摘要】 目的探讨眼部超声在观察雷珠单抗联合激光治疗黄斑水肿病变随访中的作用。方法对球内注射雷珠单抗后黄斑水肿的患者95只眼进行术前术后B超检查。结果眼部超声提示球内注射雷珠单抗后对于视网膜静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿有一定的治疗改善作用,并对玻璃体积血也有一定的效果。结论眼部超声对于观察视网膜静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿,是否注射雷珠单抗联合激光治疗的疗效评价及术后评估提供一定程度的参考依据。更多还原
