【摘要】 采用常规石蜡切片法,对披碱草(Elymus dahuricus Turcz.)胚和胚乳发育过程进行了观察。结果表明:披碱草花后6h卵细胞受精形成合子,合子休眠期长约6h。花后12h,合子进行第一次分裂。花后1d,形成了四细胞原胚,胚胎发生属紫菀型。花后第9d,在梨形原胚偏上一侧出现小凹沟,器官开始分化。花后第18d时,胚的结构基本发育成熟。披碱草有异常胚发生的现象。胚乳发育早,胚发育晚,胚乳的类型属于核型胚乳。更多还原

【Abstract】 By paraffin method,the embryo and endosperm development of Elymus dahuricus were observed.The results indicated that egg of Elymus dahuricus was fertilized to form the zygote after flowering for 6hours,the rest period of zygote lasted for about 6hours.After flowering for 12 hours,the first division of the zygote happened.A four-cell proembryo was formed after flowering for one day,and embryogenesis was Aster type.After flowering for nine days,a small groove appeared on the upper side of proembryo in pear-shaped,and then organs began to differentiate.After flowering for eighteen days,structures of the embryo matured.In the process of embryo development,the phenomena of abnormal embryos existed.Endosperm development predated the development of embryo,endosperm was a nuclear type of endosperm.更多还原
