【摘要】 目的分析住院费用大于2万元的医保患者费用结构及其影响因素。方法收集2010年-2014年新疆北疆某二级医院住院费用大于2万元的出院医保患者的费用数据资料和医院综合运营年报,包括住院总费用以及费用构成情况,运用Excel2003软件建立数据库进行相关的统计分析。结果医疗费用逐年上升,费用比例构成中材料费占比最高,为35.1%~44%,药费占比次之,为24.3%~32.5%,治疗费占比为6.6%~11%,检查费占比为7.3%~8.4%,化验费占比为5.5%~9.3%,手术费占比为4.2%~7.1%,其它费为1.8%~2.1%。材料费、药费、治疗费有下降趋势,检查费、化验费、手术费逐年上升,医疗费用构成趋于合理化。结论做好基层医疗卫生服务,提高基层卫生服务中心的医疗、医技和护理水平,整体提高健康标准。政府正确引导扶持医院的公益性,从而努力降低医保患者的住院费用及次均住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the cost structure and affecting factors of medical insurance patients with hospitalization expense more than 20000 yuan. Methods To collect the expense data materials of medical insurance patients with hospitalization expense more than 20000 yuan and hospital discharge comprehensive operation report of a secondary hospital in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2014, including the total hospitalization expenses and costs situation.Excel 2003 software was adopted to establish a database for statistical analysis. Results The medical expense was rising year by year, the cost composition in the cost of raw materials accounted for 35.1%~44%, and highest for medicine accounted for 24.3%~32.5% than the second, treatment accounted for 6.6%~11%, the inspection fee accounted for 7.3%~8.4%, assay accounted for 5.5%~9.3%, operation accounted for 4.2%~7.1%, other 1.8%~2.1%. 2. There was a downturn in the cost of raw materials, expenses for medicine, treatment, tests on examination, operation expenses rise year by year, medical expenses constitute tend to rationalization. Conclusions We should do well in basic medical and health services, improve the basic health service center of medical,technical, nursing level, improve health standard as a whole. The government should correctly guide and support the public welfare of the hospital, so as to decrease the hospitalization expenses and times of hospitalization expense of medical insurance patients with efforts.更多还原
