【摘要】 目的探讨平衡发育训练在偏瘫型脑瘫患儿上肢作业治疗中的应用。方法偏瘫型脑瘫患儿60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均给予肌电生物反馈和常规作业治疗,观察组在此基础上加用接受平衡发育训练。治疗前和治疗后3个月,采用儿童精细运动功能评估量表对两组患儿所有患儿上肢功能进行评定。结果两组患儿治疗后上肢功能评分较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.05),且两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.5),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论平衡发育训练可以提高偏瘫型脑瘫患儿上肢作业治疗的康复疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of balance-developmental training in occupational therapy for upper limbs of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 children in each group. The children in the two groups were treated by electromyographic biofeedback and conventional occupational therapy. The children in observation group were treated by balance-developmental training additionally. Fine motor function assessment scale was used to evaluate function of upper limbs of all the children before treatment and after three months of treatment.Results The function scores of upper limbs of the children in the two groups increased significantly after treatment,compared with before treatment,there was statistically significant difference( P< 0. 05),and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0. 05),the curative effect in observation group was better than that in control group. Conclusion Balance-developmental training can improve the curative effect of occupational therapy for upper limbs of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy.更多还原
