基于STM32的载流X荧光品位分析仪硬件平台设计

【摘要】 载流X荧光品位分析仪是由北京矿冶研究总院自主研发的在线矿浆品位分析仪器,经过10年的发展已经形成精度高、可靠性高的系列产品,在选矿现场起到了不可替代的作用。其控制系统采用STM32微控制器实现,其具有可靠性高、可扩展、可裁剪的优点,采用模块化设计使得其很方便应用到其他的选矿仪表中,实现了硬件平台的复用。

【Abstract】 On-stream X-Ray fluorescence grade analyzer is designed by Beijing General Research Institute of mining and metallurgy,After 10 years of development,it has formed a high precision,high reliability and the series of products.It plays an irreplaceable role in mineral processing field.It’s control system is realized by STM32 microcontroller,it has the advantages of high reliability,extensibility and cutting.Modular design makes it easy to be applied to other mineral processing instruments and it is really realize the reuse of hardware platform.
