【Abstract】 Infective endocarditis(IE) is one of the most dangerous diseases in cardiac surgery. If it cannot get timely and effective treatment, its mortality or morbidity is high. Because of its more than only the continued high fever as the first symptom, easily overlooked by the first clinic clinicians caused by misdiagnosis. This article aims to improve understanding and vigilance of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis by conducting retrospective analysis to the case that a IE patient is misdiagnosed as bone tuberculosis admitted by our department.更多还原
