【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年6月~2015年5月入住我院的慢性精神分裂症患者100例作为观察对象,根据护理方法不同随机分为对照组和综合干预组,对照组行常规对症护理,综合干预组实施包括心理护理、康复训练、家庭及社会支持等综合护理,两组均观察3个月,比较两组患者入院时、出院时IPROS中的工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣各项评分及GQOLI-74中的物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能各项评分情况。结果干预后,结果显示,综合干预组与对照组患者出院时的IPROS中的工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣各项评分分别较入院时显著降低,且综合干预组IPROS中的工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综合干预组与对照组患者出院时的GQOLI-74中的物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能各项评分分别较入院时显著提高,且综合干预组GQOLI-74中的物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者在应用药物治疗的同时采取综合护理干预,有利于缓解患者的精神症状,促进疾病康复和改善患者的生活质量,从而使其尽早恢复社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia in our hospital from June2014 to May 2015 were enrolled and were randomly divided into control group and comprehensive intervention group according to different nursing methods, the patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing including psychological nursing, rehabilitation training,family and social support. The two groups were observed for 3 months. Then the scores of the health status, living ability, social competence, hygiene, care and interest in IPROS and the scores of physical activity, physical function, mental function and social function in GQOLI-74 were compared between two groups on admission and discharge. Results The results showed that the scores of treatment, living ability, social ability, capacity of paying attention to health, care and interest in IPROS of the comprehensive treatment group and the control group patients at discharge were significantly lower than at admission(P<0.05), respectively;and the scores of health status, living ability, social competence, health care, care and interest of the IPROS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). It also showed that the scores of material life, physical, psychological and social functions of GQOLI-74 in both groups at discharge were significantly higher than at admission;and the scores of material life, physical, psychological and social functions of GQOLI-74 in the intervention group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is taken at the same time in addition to the application of drug treatment in chronic schizophrenia patients can alleviate the patient’s mental symptoms, which also promote disease rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients,thus making the patient’s early recovery of social function.更多还原
