【摘要】 目的探讨初产妇分娩时第二产程长短对盆底功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年1月~2015年12月在我院住院顺产分娩的初产妇的资料,按照第二产程时间时间长短分成四组,A组:0~30 min,B组:31~60 min,C组:61~90 min,D组:91~120 min,于产后42 d进行问卷调查及盆底综合肌力测试,比较第二产程时间长短对女性盆底功能的影响。结果四组压力性尿失禁发生率、排尿困难发生率、会阴伤口疼痛发生率、性生活障碍发生率、Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力测试结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力测试差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论第二产程时间长短对盆底功能有影响。在分娩过程中需严密监测产程进展,及时处理影响产程的异常因素,尽量减少第二产程时间过长或过短引起对盆底功能的损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the duration of the second stage of labor on the function of pelvic floor. Methods The primiparae who delivered successfully in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the duration of the second stage of labor, they were divided into four groups,group A: 0-30 minutes, group B: 31-60 minutes, group C: 61-90 minutes, group D: 91-120 minutes. Questionnaires and pelvic floor comprehensive strength test were carried out 42 days after the delivery, so as to compare the duration of the second stage of labor on female pelvic floor function. Results The incidence of stress urinary incontinence, the incidence of dysuria, the incidence of perineal wound pain, the incidence of sexual dysfunction, muscle fiber strength test I were compared among the four groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in muscle fiber strength test Ⅱ among the four groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The duration of the second stage of labor has an effect on pelvic floor function. In the delivery process, the progress of labor should be closely monitored, and the abnormal factors affecting labor should be timely managed, so as to reduce the damage of too long duration or too short duration of the second stage on the pelvic floor function.更多还原
