【摘要】 目的对口腔保健在预防妊娠期牙龈炎中的应用价值进行探讨。方法将我院2014年1月~2015年5月收治的72例妊娠期牙龈炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组36例患者行口腔卫生宣教,观察组36例患者在上述基础上加用龈上洁治术,比较两组患者的牙龈炎情况及妊娠结局。结果两组患者初诊时的GI值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组孕期3个月及6个月的牙龈状况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠期的牙龈炎发生率为27.78%,明显低于对照组的55.56%(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿发生率为2.78%,明显低于对照组的11.11%(P<0.05)。结论加强妊娠期口腔保健可有效提高孕妇的口腔健康知识水平,改善孕妇的健康行为,降低牙龈炎的发生率,提高牙龈炎的治疗效果,在临床上值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of oral health in pregnancy gingivitis prevention. Methods A total of 72 cases with pregnancy gingivitis in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 36 cases in control group were treated with oral hygirne education, 36 cases in experimental group were treated with oral subgingival scaling, the gingivitis and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The GI levels of the two groups before treatment had not statistical significance(P>0.05). The GI levels of experimental group of pregnancy 3 months and 6 months were better than those of control group(P<0.05). The incidence of gingivitis of experimental group was 27.78%, which was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of premature of experimental group was 2.78%, which was lower than that 11.11% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying oral health in pregnancy gingivitis can enhance the oral health knowledge level of pregnant woman, improve their health behaviors,reduce the gingivitis incidence, improve the treatment effect, it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
