【摘要】 目的探讨采用个体化健康教育在血液透析患者股静脉置管中的应用效果。方法将我院2013年1月~2014年12月收治疗60例血液透析股静脉置管的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,实验组给予个体化健康教育,比较两组患者股静脉置管并发症发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度,并将结果进行统计分析。结果实验组患者的并发症导管阻塞、脱出、出血、感染等发生率较对照组降低,实验组与对照组两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组两组患者满意度调查,实验组满意度为93.3%,对照组满意度为73.3%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析股静脉置管患者中,责任护士通过改进健康教育模式,实施针对性、个体化的健康教育,可减少并发症的发生率,提高了患者满意度,保障了医疗护理的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effect of individualized health education in patients with hemodialysis patients with femoral vein catheter. Methods The 60 cases of patients from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received individual health education, the rate of complication and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared and anlayzed. Results Complication of catheter obstruction, prolapse, bleeding, infection incidence in the experimental group was decreased than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); two groups of patients’ satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.3%, control group satisfaction was 73.3%. The experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with femoral vein catheterization, the responsibility of the nurse to improve health education model,the implementation of targeted, personalized health education, can reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction, security of medical care.更多还原
