【摘要】 目的观察肌萎缩侧索硬化症认知受损的核磁共振成像情况。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月至我院进行ALS治疗的患者共计15例,按照是否有认知受损分为观察组和对照组,有认知受损患者为观察组,共计6例,无认知受损患者为观察组,共计9例,对两组患者神经心理学相关指标以及MRI结果进行比较。结果观察组患者在Mo CA、FAB、动物列名数、命名错误数、相似性测验得分、画钟测验得分6个项目中与对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05),其他项目组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。MRI检测发现,与对照组比较,观察组在左侧壳核、苍白球、嗅皮层、直回以及左侧额下回三角部、眶部、岛叶部分脑区灰质密度显著增加。结论 MRI能够为ALS患者认知功能损害的临床诊断提供影像学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the nuclear magnetic resonance imaging of cognitive impairment caused by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Methods 15 cases of patients who received ALS treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014, were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to cognitive impairment. There were 6 cases of patients with impaired cognitive in the observation group, and 9 cases of patients without cognitive impairment, and neuropsychological related indicators and MRI results of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results There were statistically significant difference in comparing Mo CA, FAB, animal column-name table, the number of naming error, the similarity test scores, clock-drawing test scores of patients in the ob servation group and the control group(P<0.05) and there was no statistically significant difference in comparing with other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). MRI detection showed a significant increase of gray matter concentration inleft putamen, globus pallidus, the entorhinal cortex, the straight gyrus and the left inferior frontal gyrus triangular section, the orbital section and the insular section in comparing the control group and the observation group. Conclusion MRI can provide imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis of cognitive impairment in patients with ALS.更多还原
