薄壁结构有机复合材料天线罩隔热涂层研究
Research of Barrier Coating on Organic Composite Material Radome with Thin-walled Structure
【摘要】 薄壁结构天线罩具有优异的宽频透波性能,但在高速飞行条件下存在内壁温度过高的问题,影响了罩内天线的正常工作。研究了TR-37、TR-40、TR-B三种涂层对有机复合材料的隔热效果,并通过热冲击试验进行验证。试验结果表明,TR-40材料是适合有机复合材料天线罩的理想隔热材料。
【Abstract】 The thin-walled structure radome has excellent broadband wave-transparent property.However,when the missile flies at a high speed,the antenna in the radome cannot work well because of high temperature.The barrier effects of TR-37,TR-40 and TR-B were researched on organic composite and verified by thermal shock test.The thermal shock test showed that TR-40 is an ideal barrier material for organic composite material radome.
