复杂产品公差与可靠性并行优化设计方法探讨
Study on Concurrent Reliability Design Optimization Oriented to Manufacturing Tolerance of Complex Products
【摘要】 复杂产品的制造公差与可靠性优化分别处于其生命周期的不同阶段。随着人们对产品质量要求的不断提高,迫切需要一种面向复杂产品制造公差的并行可靠性设计优化理论,以缓解产品制造公差和可靠性设计优化之间不同步的矛盾。首先介绍了公差与可靠性并行优化的优点,分析了公差设计优化和可靠性设计优化的新方法,然后对今后面向复杂产品公差和可靠性的并行优化方法的发展趋势进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Manufacturing tolerance and RBDO(reliability-based design optimization)are in the different stages of the product life cycle.Along with rowing requirements of people for the product quality,there is a processing need for concurrent RBDO oriented to manufacturing tolerance of complex products,which can alleviate the contradiction of RBDO and manufacturing tolerance.Firstly,gives the advantages of the concurrent optimization method for tolerance and reliability are given,then the methods of tolerance-based design optimization and RBDO are analyzed respectively,and finally the prospect of concurrent RBDO oriented to manufacturing tolerance of complex products is discussed.
