隧道限界检测中车体振动补偿问题的研究
Study on the Vehicle Vibration Compensation for Tunnel Threshold Detection
【摘要】 在采用车载式方式进行隧道限界的检测过程中,必须对车体振动进行补偿。针对因车体振动对隧道限界参数检测结果的影响,应用计算机视觉技术,考虑摄像机镜头畸变的影响,将车体振动分解为同一平面内的平移振动分量和旋转振动分量,分析各分量可能造成的结果并分别进行补偿。给出了基于激光摄像式传感器的标定计算方法,以及车体振动偏移补偿方法。试验结果表明,采用该补偿方法后,检测结果的精度有明显上升。
【Abstract】 In tunnel detection process using vehicle- mounted mode,it is necessary to compensate the vibration of vehicle body. In accordance with the influence caused by the vibration of vehicle body on tunnel parameters,by applying computer vision technology and considering the impact of distortion of camera lens,the vibration of vehicle is decomposed into two vibration components in the same plane,i. e.,the translational vibration component and the rotational vibration component,the influencing results caused by each component are analyzed,and compensated respectively. The calibration and calculation methods based on laser image pickup sensors,and the compensation method for vehicle vibration offset are given. The test results show that the accuracy of detection results is significantly increased with this compensation method.
