留守儿童执行功能的发育特征及身心运动干预研究
The Developmental Features of Executive Functions of Left-at-Home Children and the Interventions by Mind-Body Exercise
【摘要】 为揭示留守儿童执行功能发育特征及身心运动干预对留守儿童执行功能的效果,首先采用心理测量法比较留守儿童与非留守儿童执行功能的发育特点,然后通过实验研究探讨8周身心运动方案对留守儿童执行功能的影响。结果发现:(1)留守儿童执行功能发育水平落后于非留守儿童;(2)8周身心运动干预对留守儿童执行功能有积极影响;但效果存在差异:身心运动干预对刷新子功能和转换子功能有显著提升作用,而对抑制子功能未有显著作用。
【Abstract】 This study aims to explore the developmental features of the executive functions of left-at-home children(rural children who live away from their parents working in cities), as well as the effect of the mind-body exercise on their executive functions, by using a psychometric test to compare a certain number of left- at- home children and children living with their parents, and making an experimental study. The results show the following:(1) The left- at- home children showed a lower level of executive functions than their counterparts living with their parents; and(2) the 8- week- long mind- body exercise played a significantly positive role in updating and shifting the sub-functions of the left-at-home children.
