模糊自适应PID在胶囊生产线温度控制中的应用
Application of the Fuzzy Adaptive PID Algorithm in Capsule Production Line
【摘要】 针对肠溶性胶囊生产线风干区温度控制采用常规PID算法容易产生调节时间过长、PID控制器参数不易整定等问题,本文提出了采用Bang-Bang控制与模糊自适应PID控制相结合的控制方法 ,充分利用了Bang-Bang控制时间最优与模糊自适应PID算法自动调整控制器参数的优点,设计出一种Bang-Bang+模糊自适应PID控制器。实践证明,该控制器大幅缩短了调节时间,提高了温度控制精度,具有一定实用价值。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that adjusting-time is too long and the control parameters are uncertain using conventional PID algorithm to control the temperature, it exists in intestinal soluble capsule shell production line. The paper designes a new controller that combines Bang-Bang algorithm and fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm, it makes full use of the advantages of the two algorithms. Practice proves that the controller can shorten the time of regulation and improve the control precision. It is worthy of popularization and reference.
