乳腺癌中Akt1和girdin的表达及临床病理意义
Expression of Akt1 and girdin in breast cancer and its clinical significance
【摘要】 目的探讨Akt1和girdin在乳腺癌组织中表达的意义。方法回顾性分析88例乳腺癌临床病理资料,将其与10例癌旁组织制成组织芯片,应用免疫组化En Vision两步法检测Akt1和girdin在乳腺癌中的表达。结果88例乳腺癌中Akt1阳性率为77.3%(68/88),10例癌旁组织中Akt1的阳性率为30%,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。乳腺癌中Akt1阳性与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。88例乳腺癌中girdin阳性率为80.7%(71/88),10例癌旁组织中girdin阳性率为40%,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。乳腺癌中girdin表达与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。此外,88例乳腺癌中Akt1和girdin阳性呈正相关(r=0.308,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中Akt1和girdin的表达与临床病理特征有一定联系,特别是两者阳性与淋巴结转移有关,因此可以作为影响乳腺癌预后的重要生物学标记物。
【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the significance of the expression of Akt1 and girdin in breast cancer. Methods The clinicopathological characteristics of 88 cases of breast cancer were retrospectively reviewed. Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression of Akt1 and girdin in breast cancer( 88 cases) and cancer-adjacent normal tissues( 10 cases). Results Akt1 expression in breast cancer was 77. 3%( 68 /88),which was significantly higher than that in cancer-adjacent normal tissues( 30. 0%)( P < 0. 05). The expression of Akt1 is closely related to lymph node and TNM stage in breast cancer( P < 0. 05). girdin expression in breast cancer was 80. 7%( 71 /88),which was significantly higher than that in cancer-adjacent normal tissues( 40. 0%)( P < 0. 05). The expression of girdin is closely lymph node in breast cancer( p < 0. 05). Additionally,Akt1 expression correlated positively with Akt1 and girdin in breast cancer( r =0. 308,P < 0. 05). Conclusions Akt1 and girdin may be an important biomarker of prognosis of breast cancer.
