【摘要】 目的比较5个产地(甘肃、四川、山东、贵州、湖北)半夏Pinellia ternate(Thunb.)Breit.皮与块茎中总游离有机酸、总生物碱、蛋白(水溶性和醇溶性)、还原性糖的含有量。方法采用电位滴定法、比色法、Osborne法和DNS法,分别测定总游离有机酸、总生物碱、蛋白、还原性糖的含有量,并建立半夏水提取物HPLC指纹图谱。结果除水溶性蛋白外,半夏皮中上述成分含有量均显著高于块茎。HPLC指纹图谱有13个共有峰,5个产地半夏块茎中化学成分相似度均在85%以上,而皮不足70%,但两者化学成分组成相似。结论半夏皮也具有应用价值,应加以关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To compare the contents of free total organic acids,total alkaloids,proteins( water-soluble and and alcohol-soluble) and reducing sugars in Pinellia ternate( Thunb.) Breit. peels and tubers collected from five growing areas( Gansu,Sichuan,Shandong,Guizhou and Hubei). METHODS The contents of free total organic acids,total alkaloids,proteins and reducing sugars were determined by potentiometric titration,colorimetry,Osborne and DNS,respectively. And the HPLC frinerprints of P. ternate aqueous extract were established.RESULTS Except for water-soluble proteins,the contents of above constituents in P. ternate peels were significantly higher than those in tubers. There were thirteen common peaks in the HPLC frinerprints. The similarities of chemical constituents in P. ternate tubers collected from five growing areas were all more than 85%,while those in peels were less than 70%,but their chemical components were similar. CONCLUSION P. ternate peels also have application value,to which we should pay attention.更多还原
