【摘要】 目的研究马齿苋Portulaca oleracea L.中的脂肪族化合物。方法马齿苋石油醚提取物采用硅胶、半制备HPLC色谱柱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术对所得化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从中分离出12个化合物,分别鉴定为亚麻酸乙酯(1)、木栓酮(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、硬脂酸(4)、棕榈酸(5)、油酸(6)、亚油酸(7)、亚麻酸(8)、(9Z,11E,15Z)-13-羟基-9,11,15-十八碳三烯酸乙酯(9)、(9Z,11E)-13-羟基-9,11-十八碳二烯酸乙酯(10)、13(R)-hydroxy-octadeca-(9Z,11E,15Z)-trienoic acid(11)、马桑酸(12)。结论化合物1、9~12为首次从马齿苋属植物中分离得到,并且化合物9的波谱数据为首次报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the aliphatic compounds from Portulaca oleracea L.. METHODS The petroleum ether extract of Portulaca oleracea L. was isolated and purified by silica and semi-preparative HPLC column. Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum technologies. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as ethyl linolenate( 1),friedelin( 2),lupeol( 3),stearic acid( 4),palmitic acid( 5),oleic acid( 6),linoleic acid( 7),linolenic acid( 8),( 9Z,11 E,15Z)-13-hydroxy-9,11,15-octadecatrienoic acid ethyl ester( 9),( 9Z,11E)-13-hydroxy-9,11-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester( 10),13( R)-hydroxy-octadeca-( 9Z,11 E,15Z)-trienoic acid( 11),coriolic acid( 12).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,9-12 are isolated from genus Portulaca for the first time,and the spectral data of compound 9 are firstly reported.更多还原
