金刚石工具胎体自由烧结工艺研究

【摘要】 以专用于自由烧结型金刚石工具胎体的亚微米级合金粉末为主要粘结剂,采用自由烧结工艺,通过正交试验研究了烧结温度、保温时间、升温速率三个因素对胎体力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着保温时间的增加或者烧结温度的提高,相对密度、洛氏硬度和抗弯强度先提高后降低,而升温速率对胎体的性能影响不显著,并在重复试验中也验证了正交试验极差分析结果,因此优选的自由烧结工艺为:保温时间60min,升温速率300℃·h-1,烧结温度875℃。

【Abstract】 The influence of sintering temperature,time of heat preservation and heating rate on the mechanical properties of diamond tools matrix has been researched by orthogonal experiment through free sintering process using sub-micron alloy powder dedicated to free sintering diamond tools matrix as main adhesion agent.Result shows that the relative density,rockwell hardness and bending strength of the matrix first increase and then decrease as the time of heat preservation or sintering temperature increases,while the heating rate has little influence on the performance of the matrix.The range analysis of orthogonal experiment has also been verified by repeated experiments.Therefore,the optimized free sintering process has been confirmed,which is,heat preservation of 60 mins,heating rate of 300℃·h-1 and sintering temperature of 875℃.
