一种调查柑橘全爪螨、捕食螨等微小节肢动物的新方法
A new method for surveying mini arthropods such as Panonychus citri, predatory mites etc.
【摘要】 为了有效开展柑橘全爪螨的生物防治以及合理评价防治效果,需要准确及时地调查柑橘全爪螨、捕食螨等的种群动态。目前对这些微小体型节肢动物的调查,主要是通过摘叶取样法。但此传统调查方法存在不够准确、耗时以及样品不能长期保存的局限。本研究讨论的微小节肢动物调查新方法—粘板振落法则具有简单易行、操作方便、监测灵敏度高、用时少、样品能够长期保存的优点,且除了能够调查柑橘全爪螨、捕食螨,还能调查飞行能力较强的柑橘木虱、粉虱等多种微小节肢动物的种群密度,具有较高的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to carry out the bio-control of Panonychus citri and evaluated its efficiency, it is necessary to survey the population densities of P. citri and predatory mite and monitor the population dynamics of other phytophagous insects and natural enemies. Leaf picking was a traditional method for mini arthropods investigation with some limits of inaccuracy, time consuming and difficulty for long time conservation of samples. Shaking-off sticking plate method was a new investigation method with high use value for mini arthropods investigation, which was simple, practicable, time-saving and long-time samples reserve. And the new method was appropriate for population density investigation of more other species of mini arthropods with strong flying capacity, including Diaphorina citri and whitefly etc.
