【Abstract】 The old expert Doctor Xu thinks that psoriasis pathogenesis is the intrinsic latent heat that contains in blood."blood heat,damp toxin implication"is the fundamental reason for its incidence. At the later stage,its symptom often become heat evil,"Qi"consumption and impairment of Yin. Removal of heat,cooling blood and detoxification were used for its treatment by Doctor Xu. Doctor Xu also pays attention to nursing care of Qi and Yin. The method of nourishing yin and clearing heat always runs through his treatment of psoriasis. At the same time with the dialectical of internal organs and others,the treatment of blood heat and its variants was also used. Clinically,he adopts four diagnostic methods,syndrome differentiation,and pathogenesis of the disease,not to stick to one pattern. Drugs were very flexible with symptom in his method.
