【摘要】 目的了解校外青少年对艾滋病的认知及涉足艾滋病高危行为情况,探讨艾滋病相关知识培训对艾滋病的预防作用。方法采用"朋友找朋友"的方式抽样,对样本进行艾滋病相关知识调查与培训,所得资料采用Excel录入,运用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 52.41%的校外青少年有过性经历,高于在校青少年的40.31%,差异有统计学意义(P=8.16×10^-7);校外青少年和在校青少年在多性伴、一夜情等艾滋病高危行为方面差异均有统计学意义(P=0.002,P=1.59×10^-8);校外青少年和在校青少年在第一次性行为和最近一次性行为的安全套使用情况方面差异均有统计学意义(P=7.37×10^-5,P=7.47×10^-5);2.54%的校外青少年承认使用过毒品,918名在校青少年均否认曾有毒品使用情况;培训后,校外青少年对艾滋病传播途径的回答正确率提升10%以上。结论校外青少年较在校青少年存在不安全性行为、毒品使用等艾滋病高危行为,艾滋病相关知识宣教有助于校外青少年对艾滋病更全面的认识和改善其涉足艾滋病高危行为情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS-related cognization and high risk behaviors among adolescents outside school and explore HIV / AIDS-related knowledge training for the prevention of AIDS. Methods All of respondents were sampled by friends’ persuading to receive questionnaire survey and training about HIV /AIDS-related knowledge. The data was entered by using Excel and analyzed with SPSS 17. 0. Results The proportion of adolescents outside school with sex experience was higher（ 52. 41%） than that of teenagers at school( 40. 31%,P = 8. 16 × 10^-7); There were obvious differences in multiple sexual partners and one night stand respectively between adolescents outside school and teenagers at school( P = 0. 002,P = 1. 59 ×10^-8); There were also obvious differences in using condoms at first and latest sexual experience respectively between adolescents outside school and teenagers at school( P = 7. 37 × 10^-5,P = 7. 47 × 10^-5); 2. 54% of adolescents outside school were drug users and 918 teenagers at school had never contacted with drugs;Awareness rate of AIDS transmission route increased over 10% than before the training among adolescents outside school. Conclusion Unsafe sex and drug were found among adolescents outside school. HIV / AIDS related knowledge education could help to increase their awareness of HIV / AIDS and improve their involvement in HIV / AIDS high-risk behaviors.更多还原
